Finally...

Well, the sleeping bear project was finally approved this last week, after a few months of back and forth, getting all of the legalities and requirements taken care of for the permits.   In the meantime, I've been scouting locations and began finding models specifically for this project.  This proved to be a bit tougher than I had anticipated, with my first six models being no-shows to the initial appointment or shoot.  A bit disappointing, needless to say.

This is a project I've had in my head for a number of years, and just haven't had the time or resources to get it started.  I'm glad to see that things are underway.

I'll probably be keeping all of the images from these shoots under wraps until the project is part or fully complete.  You'll find one image from one of  the initial shoots at left.

I have certain days in June blocked off for shooting at the different locations that I've selected.  After June, I will not be shooting for this project again until August, due to the heat, and more so, the flood of tourists in that area.  In July I am planning on focusing completely on the Darkwater project.

I'm still looking for models for both of these projects, so if you are interested, please feel free to drop me a line!
