One of the more amazing wind formations, caused by frozen sand carved by strong west winds off of Lake Michigan. This formation existed for a day or two before eventually becoming eroded by the wind and eventual snowfall throughout winter. I revisited this location ten years later and barely a trace of its existence remained.
